  • At this time, all sessions take place via a HIPAA compliant virtual portal.

  • I am an out of network provider, so I do not take insurance. However, many insurances offer reimbursement for out of network providers.

    Feel free to contact your insurance to ask about this option! I am also happy to provide a superbill or any additional information you may need to submit these claims.

  • When you use your insurance, your insurance company also has a space in the therapy room. They can dictate parts of treatments and the amounts of allowed sessions. When you see a therapist out of network, they are not entitled to the same information or control.

  • I work with individuals in New York and New Jersey.

  • While we know life gets busy, we ask that you cancel your session more than 24 hours in advance.
